Is it difficult to close the battery cover？

Not difficult to close but it's hard to keep closed. The slightest bump against something will cause it to come open. Otherwise it operates satisfactory.

I do not know for sure but it’s not great quality. I have to tape the battery compartment shut to use it.

It is only powered by battery. Usb can't charge the megaphone, he can only use it to play music from usb devices.

Disappointed

Very disappointed in this product. Recording works and functioned as described. Unfortunately, the battery door never closed correctly and would pop open in the most inopportune times. Also, the record button is located right next to the play button. So if the user is not paying close attention they can delete the recording.
