Works good. takes a bit to start working. Taste is not that good per my daughter, they are nasty. but she takes them.

My kids love these gummies! They ask for them every night before bed. They always say the flavor tastes like candy.

Didnt work
Didn’t work for my 8 year old. He has always struggled to fall asleep & stay asleep. He wants up every 2 hours. I wanted to see if these would help and avoid the route of melatonin. No luck for us!

Great for shorter adults!
These work well for adults that cannot take 'adult' sleep medicine. I am 4'8". Any other medication gives me longer side effects. For example, a sleep medicine (even natural) makes me too drowsy the next day. I tried these to see if it helped at all. So far, working well (3 weeks). It helps calm me more for bedtime, and does not leave me drowsy and nonfunctional the next day. The one issue I see is that they taste too good. It could be tempting to take more than suggested. That could be an issue for young children or unfettered adults. It would also help if the price wasn't so high compared to other options.

Inconsistent bottle to bottle
I bought these once and they were fantastic , I used them along with my kids. Ran out and bought again, this batch tastes off and smells off . I love MaryRuth and we use so many of the products but i’m not sure what happened with this batch .

Good enough
My kids like this and my daughter asks for more. They don’t work right away as mentioned or not sure if it’s because my kids are energetic in general but eventually they kick in. My kids sleep well throughout the night and they like the taste of them. Smell like strawberries as well.

Trying to find non-melatonin alternatives for sleep assistance for my kid. She did not like the flavor, so my husband ended up using them. He slept well.
