Love it - one of the better meal replacements i've tried - try it with cold brew coffee!!
So far so good, I really don't like the chocolate flavored meal replacements, and this one although not exactly cereal milk flavored like I've heard so many rave about is pretty good. It has a neutral flavor profile, You can definitely taste the rice. I did try it by itself, and it went down pretty smooth, as usual with meal replacements, the colder the better. Getting the consistency down isn't easy for me because i'm an idiot and i don't measure things. There, I said it...I think If I were to do that, I would know what the consistency actually should be since Ive never tried the bottled stuff, but in my 24 oz shaker bottle this morning, I put in three scoops and filled it to the brim with my cold brew coffee. Like I said it has a neutral flavor profile, so you throw this in a mixer with bananas, its just gonna taste like bananas, strawberries, its gonna taste like strawberries, so no surprise, with the coffee, it tasted like, well...coffee. A bit more latte-ish - you get the mouthfeel of the fat in the Soylent, which kind of reminds me of the bulletproof coffee I used to drink... if you haven't heard of the concept, you make your coffee, pour it HOT into a blender, mix in some grass-fed butter and coconut oil (this is the homespun recipe - you don't have to go buy the bulletproof brand MCT oil, coffee and such) - blend it up and you supposedly have a drink that will make you razor sharp, and satiate your hunger - all this is true, it is delicious, and goes down smooth as all get out, but you're a mess, greasy lips, shiny face, your coffee cup is a mess, spills leave fat stains on your shirt, no bueno...and jeez, who has time to do all that mess first thing in the morning. So I gave that up, and I gotta say, trying Soylent with cold brew coffee brought back some of those same sensations, it will satiate your hunger (without clogging your arteries), and has close to the same mouthfeel, although nothing tops pure grass-fed butter and coconut oil... All in all, I'm a fan, been drinking it for a while now, and almost time to reorder - I have heard it was cheaper to order from the website, but I know for a fact it's easier for me to order from Amazon... For reference, this is the shaker bottle I used, Contigo Shaker Bottles Black Mixer 28 Ounce (2 pack)

Miracle For Us
My mom has cancer and this is the only thing that she can stomach after her chemo appointments. This has been a life saver for us to ensure that she gets SOME calories and nutrition in during her recovery period. What's even better is that this has virtually no sweetener. She has an aversion to anything that's sweet after treatment and she's able to actually enjoy this. To give her some variety, we'll usually will mix it with matcha, ube, or taro powder, or she'll just drink it plain. We've tried other brands like Huel, and they are always inferior in taste, texture (some are weirdly slimy), or both taste and texture.

No expectations - delightful and helpful addition to meet caloric needs
Lately I have been lacking an appetite, and struggling each day with headaches due to the calorie deficit. This has been a helpful addition to my routine. It has a pleasant taste and is more nutritionally-balanced than a glass of milk, which would normally be my go-to snack when I can't eat. I use one or two scoops with filtered water, then blend it for 20 seconds so it's well-mixed and super frothy. It's an absolutely delightful flavor and i think the key to enjoying it fully is going in with no expectations about how it will taste. It made my stomach feel weird the first day I drank it, kinda churny and I got very flustered and hot for about 20 minutes. Since then, no problems. I've found adding Soylent has helped my appetite come back as well, because it's an easy way to spark my metabolism.

Exactly what I was looking for.
I've been wanting a simple solution for meals that doesn't require me to cook (because I'm lazy and hate grocery shopping) and has all the nutrients I need (because I tend to skip the veggies). I've tried Factor75 and Freshly but I found that I got tired of the meals after a few months and ended up wasting the meals AND DoorDashing way too often. Not economically friendly for a broke student. I also have a terrible habit of not eating all day (because I don't like breakfast and don't want anything in particular) until late evening, which results in me binge eating something unhealthy for dinner. I've only had this for a few days, but it's helping break bad habits already. I'm not good at having meals at proper times, but now I just have Soylent whenever I wake up (unless I order coffee, then I'll have it afterwards). Honestly, it tastes like Bisquick pancake mix but thinner which is definitely not yummy but it's not as bad as many artificially flavored protein powders I've tried. (Gainful has been the best flavorless protein powder.) I sleep too long to really schedule 3 meals a day, so I typically will only have this once and then have dinner. I honestly might try having Soylent twice a day and a light lunch/snack in between to avoid large meals altogether. I would only go to such an extreme because I am barely active at all since the pandemic started and I'm at my heaviest weight ever (I've always been overweight regardless but otherwise healthy). I'll update with any weight/loss, physiology changes if I notice any.

Best go-to food
Easy to blend by shaking, goes well with many things due to its neutral flavor, and while at first it kind of tastes like drinking paper, the feeling of being full and having your nutrients really makes it awesome. Helps make feeding yourself feel less of a chore by saving time, meaning ultimately you have time to make and eat "real" food more often. I like to mix it with "pumpkin spice" aka mulling spices, and I throw in some baker's chocolate sometimes. My friends like to add it to coffee. It also feels like it works great to add to shakes instead of milk. Flexible, nutritious, and easy to manage.

Love this stuff. It is one of the first meal replacement products out of the many that i've tried that actually keeps me full until lunch. Also does a good job of helping me lose weight due to keeping me full for longer.

Australia has no shortage of soylent clones, but I much prefer just use the original. So for the lack of access seemingly anywhere else from the web I have to give this a 3
