She recommended Tiger Paws and now, my daughter’s wrist gradually began to heal, and now her wrist is in good condition. At first this was skeptical. The extra small size came with a piece of foam and one plastic piece, while the small size had a piece of foam and two plastic pieces. When you first use them, they feel uncomfortable. But like grips, they need to be broken in. The Tiger Paws fit perfectly and are very snug. I absolutely love the design and how it actually works to protect your wrists. If you are a gymnast, cheerleader, or any sort of athlete that uses wrists, this is your go-to!👌

These fit my 9 year old great. We bought the xs size. She’s broken them in nicely and they are holding up.

Perfect for gymnasts to give extra stability to their wrists while doing higher level tumbling and vaulting. We used the size chart to measure and they fit perfectly. There are plastic inserts to make these even more supportive. If your gymnast is complaining about her wrists hurting during vault and tumbling, I highly recommend these.
