Review: Great Value, but a bit deceptive. - Ya know... I'm gonna go ahead and give this a FIVE STAR rating simply because it's pitch-perfect for my specific needs. I use it to brine corned beef for Reubens. It's just the right size for most corned beefs you buy at the store. But just barely. I'm a wee bit disappointed in the deceptive ad for it here. You can search high and low and not find the measurements. The best they can do it talk about capacity -- and even then they give 2 different answers ("Capacity: 16 ounces" and "With a capacity of 1.5 pounds...", which is 24 ounces). Tell the truth. Does that give you any idea of its size? I'll rat them out: It's 12" by 10" and about 4" wide. Probably a bit smaller than most people would think (and the pictures might lead you to believe). Still ... I find it invaluable. I give it a rsounding *****. I just don't like being played.

Still one of the best
Our last one (Tupperware) started to crack after many many years of use. Was glad to see they still make this particular one which we use for overnight basting of various foods and other things. Lid always secure and very sturdy. Worth the price. No complaints.

Excellent quality
I love my Tupperware marinade container! The quality of Tupperware is always so much better than other brands. The size is perfect for small or large pieces of meat because you can flip it to use either the deep or the shallow lid. I received my product within one day. I am so happy that I can now order Tupperware direct from the company!

Last a long time
Had to replace my old one which was over 25 years old. These are great for all kinds of uses, Use it to defrost large frozen items in the fridge. Use it to transport food for potlucks and picnics. Use it to store leftover food like all the Turkey after thanksgiving. Oh you can even use it to marinade meats or veggies. Evert house should have one of these.. .
