Love these!
Vitamin C is, well, vitamin C. However, these are made in an oval shape which makes them perfect! I take a lot of prescriptions and supplements for chronic illness. Most vitamin C pills come in a quite large, round shape. That shape makes them difficult to swallow without that being the only pill you take so you don’t choke. But these being an oval, I can put them right in with my other meds and not have to worry about taking it separately so I don’t choke on it. Highly recommend!
