Amazing
Amazing product! Stays lovely and warm and helped my back and neck. Super soft material. Much better than traditional ‘wheat’ bags as it doesn’t have that wheat smell once’s heated. Love it!

Good shape for most areas of pain
Thanks to the stitching the filling remains in the stripes rather than falling into one end as in "sausage" wheat bags. Result is an overall area of heat, soothing pain. Comfortable and easy to use.

Does what it says on the tin
I like that it can be used hot (microwaved) or cold (freezer), and it serves the purpose. 1 star deducted as it only holds the heat for 20 mins

Smells disgusting and is dusty
The item arrived very dusty, as it is made with clay beads I can let that slide, but the smell coming from the item is disgusting. It has become worse after heating.I cannot rate how long it stays warm for or if it is any good because I couldnt use it due to the smell and being covered in dust even after cleaning.

Not the best
I’ve increased the time by 30 seconds at a time all the way up to about 4 minutes and it doesn’t hold its heat for longer than 5 minutes. Disappointed ☹️
