Compré esta espátula de silicona de 35.6 cm de U-Taste y estoy muy satisfecho con su calidad. Es lo suficientemente larga para manejarla cómodamente en ollas grandes o sartenes profundos, y la resistencia al calor de hasta 315°C es una gran ventaja. La silicona es firme pero flexible, ideal para remover o raspar sin rayar superficies antiadherentes. Además, es fácil de limpiar y no retiene olores ni manchas.
