Sturdy, quiet, fun!
I did quite a bit of research before purchasing my first rebounder. I knew I needed to pay for quality but couldn't justify $500 plus without knowing if rebounding was for me or not. After 2.5 months since purchasing this rebounder, I've only missed a handful of days on it and it does not disappoint! I jumped right in using on line videos for guidance and routines. This rebounder was easy to set up, is super quiet, plenty big, and very sturdy. (However, the pins used to lock it in the folded out mode do rattle, so I followed one reviewer's advice and wrapped cling wrap around the pin assemblies. This is a perfectly good solution for me since I never fold it back up.) I have been an avid runner for several years and now at age 54, I am wanting the high of a run without the after aches and maintenance required to keep it up. Rebounding gives me a runner's high feeling along with amazing cardio but absolutely no aches and pains. And, I can do it every day for at least 30 minutes at a time. I highly recommend reading about the benefits of rebounding and watching videos to understand and learn how to bounce and workout. I find bouncing to be not at all boring, especially with videos I enjoy. Having this high quality rebounder is worth every penny, especially when you can get in a good workout whenever you want in the comfort of your home.

Sturdy, Taut, Excellent!
At first I wasn't sure rebounding would be an exercise that I would stick to. So I started by buying a $50 rebounded, just to see if I could make it a habit and if it would be a habit worth having (with results). I liked my $50 rebounder and couldn't imagine what a more expensive one could offer that would be better. But I really needed one that folded since I live in a tiny apartment in the city. The reviews on this rebounder were higher than any I've seen, so I took a chance. Let me tell you... this was the best investment I've made for my health. This rebounder far surpasses my $50 one in that the mat is taut and the bounce is high with little effort. It doesn't make a sound. It doesn't give me back and knee pain (my last one did, I thought I was just out of shape... nope, it was the poor quality of the rebounder). The frame on this one is SOLID. It folds EASILY. It is superb quality. I can't believe what I've been missing out on. If you care about your health and really want the benefits of rebounding, this rebounder is WORTHY of your investment. You will not regret this purchase. I was looking for a way to improve my cardiovascular health, circulation health... not only that, but after a couple weeks of bouncing 10 - 20 minutes a day, I lost all my stomach fat and "love handles"... then I started to see my hips and thighs slim down and my calves look more defined. On top of that, bouncing on this thing makes me giddy like a child - it's so fun and it makes me happy (I'm in my 50's!). So is your health worth the investment? An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure! Go for it!

Quality! No metal springs!
This is a very easy set up right out of the box and has its own case. I was looking for a rebounder. I researched for a week or so, and decided on this more costly option. It is quiet and has the option to add the bar, which I purchased separately. Well worth it and I know it will last for many many years! Quality is excellent! I wanted to take advantage of the many benefits a rebounder does for your body. I am a breast cancer survivor and one of The many benefits is that it aids in lymphatic drainage, improves immunity, burns many calories increases my muscular strength and muscle tone, and reduces the risk of osteoporosis. This is a great addition to my already active lifestyle, which includes walking and Pilates. I needed something different. I feel like a kid again on this thing! It’s fun! Don’t hesitate if you have the extra to spend. Your body will respond💪🏻👍 Oh! It also come with a pedometer which counts your jumps! Every day I try and beat the day before count! Lol

Awesome rebounder for better health
I love this rebounder. I did a lot of research before I found this one. I read the reviews and felt this was the best one to buy. It did not disappoint! One of my biggest concerns is always assembly of a product. This was SO easy. The instructions say it is easier with two people, but I had no problem. Most of the bungee cords are already attached so all I had to do was follow the pattern to connect the rest! Super easy. Once assembled I began to jump right away. Smooth jump and VERY quiet. In the past I had purchased one from Target, which had the springs. It was just okay. I didn’t feel it gave me a very good bounce. Then one day a spring popped. Didn’t like that! I am a serious rebounder so decided to invest in good quality. You do get what you pay for. This one is worth the money. For all of you who are on the fence about rebounding let me tell you it is the best exercise for your body. I have been rebounding since April... so approximately 3 month. I am 57 years old and I look forward to bouncing. My joints no longer hurt and my legs are so toned people are noticing. I am a runner as well and that alone did not tone my legs like you think it would. Interestingly, I always make sure I bounce at least 10 minutes before I run. Let’s just say it gets all the fluids moving around my joints and NOTHING hurts when I run. No hip, knee or ankle pain! I also have osteopenia and I am hoping this helps strengthen my bones. Time will tell when I go for my next bone density test. What I noticed also is my stamina has increased. I fly internationally as a flight attendant, time changes mess up a person’s body. I have noticed I am not as tired and I am recovering very quickly after a long trip home from Europe. Wish I had discovered this way of working out long ago, but better late than never. I am not disappointed with this rebounder and even if it seems expensive to some, consider the cost of health care for a major health issue. Jump your way to a healthy body AND it’s fun too!

Perfect, Smooth Bounce, and Ready to Use Out of the Box
I spent hours and hours reading reviews about rebounders trying to figure out why they range in price from $59-$800. I especially read the one star reviews. Sometimes the customer is just dumber than the product. But in most cases while reading up on rebounders, I learned that with the cheaper models, springs break, springs can be very noisy, stitching comes undone, the metal frame breaks, or it’s just nearly impossible to put the bungees on if you live alone. I couldn’t be more happy with this Fit BouncePro rebounder. It came fully assembled. The legs are spring-loaded with a steel cable so they are fast and easy to pop up or down for easy storage. It folds in half, but I don’t see myself needing to do that. If I do, a sturdy steel pin/bolt just slips in and out to secure the structure. No tools necessary. The storage bag is plenty big (not like some storage bags where there isn’t a single extra inch of fabric). It’s high quality construction of industrial fabric with heavy duty zippers that have a pull from each end. It’s doubtful I will need it though because the rebounder is so easy to just slide under the bed or stand in a closet when not in use. As for the rebounder, it is very solid! I’m a big girl, over 200 pounds and 61 years old. So far, I can literally only bounce for 5-10 minutes this first week, but it’s so fun and something I can actually do that doesn’t hurt my arthritic knees, ankles, and hips. I’m looking forward to building up strength and fitness so I can walk again without waddling and go up and down stairs more easily. Yes. The quality is evident. I will have this piece of equipment for as long as I’m around In this world. I know it can’t fall apart. The company is easy to contact, and parts, if needed, (I don’t know what that would be) are promptly shipped from in-country warehouses as per their literature that came in the box. I’m very happy I made this investment in myself. No buyers remorse, and it was worth my time to read so many reviews both on Amazon and other sights. One last thing, because of my current weight and fitness, I was worried if I should have got the XL. I’m glad I didn’t. The jump pad is plenty spacious and the entire unit is easy to maneuver around since I don’t have a permanent place to leave it out like a home gym would provide. Yeah. Glad I didn’t get the monster one. This is plenty big! Okay. I’ll stop raving now.

Looking forward to feeling the results, but ny kid LOVES IT!
I received my Fit Bounce very quickly and during a very rough personal time. I have not yet been able to fully experience the benefits of this product but I wanted to start my review to say a few things: 1) my 7 year old daughter LOVES it! And says it does wonders for her extra energy...she is somewhat hyper and I felt this may help....so happy it does! 2) opening the Fit Bounce up to set up was not so easy the first time and I had some difficulty. Actually my partner did it for me and he said it was like dealing with a Bear Trap! The second time I did it and it was not that hard but not so simple that you would want to stow it away every time. You will need some space to keep it out and open. Apartment dwellers may find that to be an issue. 3). It is extremely quiet and seems very stable which I like. I do wish it had come with a bar for stabilizing, but perhaps this is something that can be purchased later. 4) I look forward to seeing how daily use will assist me in losing weight and keeping myself healthy. As of yet I really have not had the time to use it enough. I do plan to do a follow up review later which I'm sure will be more valuable to potential customers. All in all a solid product with excellent customer service. I would certainly recommend this for those looking for new ways to increase your excercise and your fun! And definitely a good thing for the kids, but I would suggest parental supervision so your child does not jump off and into hard objects around your house!

Fun way to exercise
I'm a 62 year old female and have exercised at home, mostly, with exercise videos for at least 25 years. I recently had a bad foot sprain and was looking for something to ease me back into my exercise routine as I've had to take a break while healing. Rebounding is recommended by Anthony Williams, for those of you who follow his nutritional and healing information, as it's good for the lymphatic system as well as general health. I thought this would be much easier on my foot and kinder to my joints as I get older. I read tons of reviews and thought about getting a lower end rebounder. But it became clear that if I was going to get something quiet that would last a long time I would be better off spending a little more and going for quality. When it arrived I put it together with the help of my husband. I used the curved end of a hammer (the part you use to remove nails) to help me reattach a few of the cords that came off during shipment. It took a little muscle but doable. I cautiously used it this morning for the first time. I didn't want to re-injure my foot so took it easy. I put on a collection of music on Spotify for rebounders and bounced without my feet leaving the rebounder. Plus it's something new and I didn't want to go flying off! I thought of bouncing for only a song or two but ended up going five! It was so much fun! This is definitely something I will be adding to my normal exercise routine once my foot has completely healed. And I'm glad I spent the extra and got a quality one. I'm happy with my purchase. I also contacted customer service as the included DVD had cracked and was unusable. They were very quick to respond and offered me an extra workout DVD to make up for the inconvenience. Update 6-23-20 I’m now using my trampoline 5-6 days a week. I usually bounce for 30 minutes and then do floor exercises and stretches for another 15 min or so. After warming up on the trampoline I add a pair 1.5 # weights then later increase to a pair of 3# weights. Using hand weights on a trampoline feels much heavier than when stationary. The trampoline is holding up extremely well. I decided I prefer doing my own moves instead of using a DVD. I adjust my movements to the beat of the current song on Spotify. I used exercise videos for years but now this is my preferred way to exercise. It always puts me in a good mood. I will say I have never been able to fold the trampoline to put it away. It’s just impossible for me to do. My husband can but it’s not easy. So I simply fold the legs in and store it not folded. That part needs a design change. Otherwise I’m still 100% happy with my purchase and am so glad I purchased it. And I found out early on, if you’re a female, you’ll need a good sport support type bra. One you would use while running. 10-2022 Still loving the rebounder and impressed how sturdy it is. No issues and it looks like the day I bought it. I now mix my routines using the rebounder every other workout and Jessica Smith workout videos in between. This has been one of my favorite purchases on Amazon and I buy a lot here.

I still like this rebounder after using over the last 6 years
I spent a lot of time researching rebounders and it was important to me to get a good quality one. However, I could not justify spending $700+. I'm very happy with the Life Fit Bounce PRO. I like that it came all assembled. My husband and I opened it (you do need 2 people) and he had to re-attach some of the bungees, but that was not hard. I like that the legs fold in and it's very portable since it folds in half and has a carrying case. The price is much more affordable than the top-of-the-line I had been looking at, and It appears to be of very good quality. It gives the right amount of bounce and the bungees are sturdy. Years ago I had one with metal springs and I am impressed with how quiet this one is with the bungees. So far, I am well pleased with it and plan to use it daily. UPDATE: I was looking forward to daily rebounding. After rebounding for 2 days (just the basic health bounce) I have bad back pain. My back hurts while bouncing and for hours afterward. I used to walk 5 miles a day with no problems but I believe the rebounder is putting too much pressure on my vertebrae. I’m afraid I’m going to have to return it. I still believe this is a good rebounder but just doesn’t work for me. UPDATE on 8/10/25: lol I still have this rebounder 6 years later and I use it 20-30 minutes daily. So, needless to say I had decided to keep and got over my back pain. The quality is great, having used it regularly for all these years with no issues. The only sign of wear is the lettering has faded a bit. I looked it up and was glad it’s still available because I’m looking at buying a second one for my other home (I’m a snowbird). I highly recommend to others as it’s proved itself for me over these years. I bumped up mt original 4 stars to 5.
