We have this mounted in our chicken coop, it’s a perfect light to allow us to check for eggs while being sure we aren’t sticking our hands into a nest with a snake!Poor directions, I’d give it a 5 if it wasn’t for that. We can’t figure out how to get the light to stay off even when it gets dark, it’s on auto, and haven’t figured out how to turn it off of auto.

Works good for my 8 by 8 shed , in my case the light turning onn by itself at night is good for me that way i dont gotta mess with the controller , i have it set to turf off 5 hours after it turns onn however i do want a new controller because i believe the 8 hour button and adjust brightness button is not working because light does not flash when i press and i know its sopost to flash back at you because all other buttons make the light flash to comfirm the change and also i dont notice a brightness change when i click brightness botton , light is already bright enough what i do need is that 8 hour botton since daylight hours are shorter so the 5 hour button is not long enough since im not in bed yet on those 5 hours . How can i get a new remote replacement??

Don't expect it this to work like it should but It does do what I want for the most part. I have it in my greenhouse for a extra few hrs of light. Once set up it works but don't try using the remote during the day.
