Lovely bear, but didn't work for my baby
i LOVE this bear. It is soft and cute and the magnets make it practical. The "pink noise/humming" sounds just like white noise to me, but it could be my old ears :)Unfortunately, when my 6 month old baby wakes up at night, the bear doesn't gently send her back to sleep, she tries to play with it and rolls around. With my next baby I will start using the bear at the newborn stage and hopefully it will end up being part of a nighttime routine.

Seems to work fine but package arrived damaged
Part of the box was ripped and detached, as if someone had opened it and then returned the product to Amazon and they re-shipped it out. I inspected the bear and it seems perfectly fine, not used or anything, but when you buy something new you expect it to be brand new. I think this should have been sold at a discount as a used product, since it's clearly been opened by someone else. But besides that, the product itself seems to work well so far.

A Big Disappointment
A bought this item because of all the rave of the reviews. Well when I got the item I realized its this small circular item that does all of the work not the bear its just there for show. So really I paid $50 for a stuffed animal - that's ridiculous. Okay, I decided to still give it a week before I just knock it, well my baby didn't care for it -still cried through the noise-so I returned it.

Very loud
I prefer noise machines to have adjustable volumes, but this toy does not. It is soft and I like the magnetic hands that can attach to all different things. However, unless you are planning on keeping at a distance from baby's head, I wouldn't recommend it. My babies prefer low volume background noise. The pink noise itself is great - it just plays too loudly in my opinion.

Three Stars
Cute concept and I could see a brand new baby loving it but not for an older baby.

Handy! Takes some transition time for baby
I love it, baby is still adjusting. I was nervous about the review that said it sounded like a person shushing, but I shouldn’t have worried - it definitely sounds more like a white noise machine. The different sound levels are very handy, we base how loud we have it off of how far away from baby it is. She still prefers our shushing, but it’s good enough to keep her semi pacified while my voice gets a break.

Good purchase, happy baby
Bought the whisbear to try to use for our little one who's having trouble sleeping without white noise going on.Have to say, initial impresison is quite good. Solid quality, and original design.Pros: Looks great, nice and soft, white noise put the little one to sleep and the cry sensor worked greatCons: Will have to get back to you, none so far.

Turns on when the baby is already wide awake and crying loudly
I wish it turned on automatically when the baby just starting being fussy in their sleep instead of turning on when the baby is already crying. For us, it's a bit too late and we want a toy that calms the baby down before the baby wakes up.Sometimes the baby needs to cry quite loud in order for the toy to turn on.The toy design is very nice, I really like how it looks.

Not worth the money
It goes through batteries really quickly and the 40 minute automatic shutoff feature is not great for babies who like the noise. It actually wakes them up when it goes off and the cry sensor comes on too late. Not worth the money.

Not ideal
Don’t waste your money. The bear turns off after about 30mins which defeats the purpose.
