I've have Parkinson's for over 5 years and sleep a lot. I'm finally up 16 hours a day instead of sleeping 16 hours a day. I'm more productive and have more energy. I take 2 at lunch as mornings are pretty ok. I use to take a nap around 2 but no longer have to nap Use o be in bed by 6 even with a nap and now am staying up till at least 10

I bought these because I have ADHA, depression, anxiety among other things. I honestly did not like the way they made me feel. Like not all the way awake, drowsy, a little dizzy...I expected the opposite. I thought it was just me but my boyfriend was also taking them and felt the same way! This is great for making more Dopamine. You feels great. You work great. And, the ladies will looks more attractive. It does build up human growth hormone naturally too which am sure does all of what I spell out. Just saying! For side effect, if you take too many then stop or forget, your brain is going to have a burn out and going to get cranky, irritable, and fog/dark temporarily.

I am going to start by saying I’ve taken over 30 nootropics for a disorder and 9/10 of them are 100% sugar pills. They are placebo. This is not a placebo and it indead did alter my mood. I felt dizzy at first than started seeing weird dream like things and for the first time in my life hearing voices. I was very relaxed and felt a sense of calm but this is potent stuff, definitely use with caution.
