I was very dubious about these seam guide and returned a previous order however after looking at a few You Tube videos I sent for another set. I must say I have used them on various fabrics and they worked great taking hems up on Jeans, fine viscose materials etc being able to adjust the height according to the materials thickness was great and easy. Very pleased with my purchase which has now replaced the Pym one I have.

Doesn't work with my machine. My fault for not checking to see how large the metal surface on my machine is. But it's made well and it's not flimsy. On the correct machine this would be great.

The seam guide is magnetic and works well. It stays put pretty well with good magnetic hold. It is a good value, is durable, and easy to use.
