I just don’t know if this helped me or not. I need to produce more bile for my liver. That’s the main reason I got these. This does have most of the ingredients for a healthier liver: bile salts, milk thistle, artichokes, turmeric, etc., but it’s hard for me to say, “Oh wow, what a difference this makes! I have more energy, less tiredness and confusion, etc. I need to try it longer and do my part (exercise, better nutrition, stop the negative habits, etc) before I can give you guys an honest and helpful review.

Creo que limpiar el higado requiere de algunos meses, por lo tanto he decidido comprar cinco frascos más del producto que como siempre Amazon me lo trae en buenas condiciones y antes de lo esperado. Llevo un mes tomando las cuatro pastillas diarias fáciles de ingerir, y de verdad aunque siempre me siento bien, a veces llegaba cansada, pero ahora nunca me canso, entonces si creo que me esta limpiando el higado. Lo seguiré tomando por los otros seis meses. Quiero ver resultados en mi piel, tengo algo de manchas y veremos entonces. Gracias!.
