As long as the device is connected to the main hardline it will work with cordless phones.

Q: The caller id can be saved in the memory card? with display of the date & Time? Does this device let caller knows that it will be recorded?

The Caller ID is not saved in the memory card. However, the date/time stamp shows up as the name of the file. This device does not let the caller know that it will be recorded.

Q: We have analog phones with two lines. Will this work with a phone regardless of which line is being used?

As long as you hit the record after it has been answered, Yes.
