Definitely gives you a smoother smoke and makes your hookah less loud 5 stars all the way. Had to cut to fit but wasn’t to hard.

Only down fall on this product was that it didn't fit around our hookah stem but, I blame myself since I should have bought the bigger diffuser buton YouTube I found with cuts of a razor it worked very well and does a good job.No more annoying sounds of the water bubbling since the diffuser cancels out that sound it hits so more smoothly and actually gives out a good volume of smoke

The edge of the diffuser is broken. The diffuser is made of very cheap and fragile silicon. The hole of the diffuser did not fit in the hookah tube. I don't think it would fit to most hookah tubes,cuz the hole is so small. A total waste of money. Do not buy.

This hookah diffuser works as promoted; diffuses the smoke by adding more air bubbles inside your hookah water base thus enriching the flavor and smoke delivery of each drag. Best used with a long-stemmed hookah that has been sealed VERY well with a high quality grommet (such as a Khalil Mamoon, Nammor, Mya Crystal, etc) and utilized with a phunnel or vortex bowl, smoked with Romman's "Good Times" or "Ivory Coast" flavored shisha. I would also use Nammor hoses, double-foil your hookah bowl to aid in vaporizing the shisha evenly, using a heatshield to maximize the coal heat transfer, using Exotica brick natural coals to give the best heat for the longest duration, and ice your hookah water base and use Hookah-Shisha's latest Mystique Ice hose stem to give the best smoking experience possible!HOWEVER, make note that this diffuser is NOT like the kit you will get off of hookah-shisha.com! This diffuser is very large, and will not fit most average hookah water bases. I happened to buy this for a 12" hookah stem from Social Smoke, but it wouldn't clear the water base' neck piece. Recently, I received a hand-made Khalil Mamoon double Black Pearls hookah standing over 35" tall with perhaps one of the largest water bases I've seen to date. The diffuser will EASILY clear this base, but to most average hookahs, it will NOT. If you want to ghetto-rig a diffuser, simply get a ping pong ball, bunch holes in it, and use scissors to cut a hole to let it grasp the bottom of the hookah stem. You can also use a bunch of straws and stuff them up the stem, or use packing mesh, wrap it around the bottom of the stem, and then tie it to the stem with twisty-ties. However, if you want the real deal with easy-take-apart design for cleaning purposes, get this diffuser. But REMEMBER, only for large hookah bases!!

well it is a really good product well put together and does silence the notice of the hookah very well. i do have to say it does not work the best when their is a lot of ice in the base but over all a good product happy smoking people

Great product.It says "small" but that can be misleading.The top fitting is rubber so it should fit and adjust to most hookahs. It does a great job at controlling the air intake, silences it, and prevents water from splashing around, up, and into the hoses.Great product. I purchased two and it is cheap but well worth it. Shipping was quicker than expected and came in 3-4 working days.

The diffuser was larger than would fit in my base. I had to chop it down to size, and hot glue the rubber grommet back to the top of the white basket. Thankfully I got it to fit, and know I can hookah without the loud bubbling noise interrupting my movies...However for all the effort I took to getting it to work, one could have used any piece of screening/netting or plastic with holes drilled to get the same effect... Not worth the $10.

Works exactly as advertised, if you have a standard hookah (Megahead or similar brand) order a Large Diffuser. I had to put some small cuts on my medium for a tight fit. Very positive change in my smoking experience, smaller bubbles = more consistent pull on the hookah. No real change on taste or temperature. Will need regular cleaning.I love it.
