I use two of these too real easily mix ingredients on my griddle. Using big spatulas often becomes too heavy when doing something like fried rice. With these, it's a breeze to move everything around!Very well built, you can feel as soon as you pick them up why you often see this brand in commercial kitchens.The edge is sharp enough to easily chop up vegetables etc, without marring the griddle itself.Cleans easily with a bit of soap and water. I wouldn't recommend putting them in the dishwasher since it can warp the wood (no wooden cooking utensil should go in there ever!) but a light scrubbing with a sponge will remove any food from it.Couldn't be happier with my purchase!

If you newest a quality scraper for your griddle I recommend this one. No flex. Sharp edge. Just the right size to be most effective when cleaning up. Winco products are great!

If you own a grill, you really should have something like this. I worked BoH in restaurants for years, and a scraper is worth more than a brush for sure! Doesn’t feel like it’ll break, and it does the job.

This is a sharp grill scraper with a heavy blade. The blade has no flex whatever, so it wouldn’t be suitable for use as a pastry or pizza spatula, and I wouldn’t want to use it on a kitchen counter. It’s well made as a grill scraper for that limited use.

The spatula is in slane shaped and unfortunately I didn't recognized it from the pictures, maybe others are feeling happy about it, but I'm not.It's really uncomfortable and buggs my mind every time I try to pick up a dough, thinking it's supposed to be straight but then the edge gets stuck at the bottom.The size and width are perfect though

Great scraper for Blackstone. Good construction and solid weight. Blade is study and strong. Much better quality than other similar products. Would likely give as gift to other Blackstone owners. For those using hanging hooks for tool storage note there is no hole in handle, but that’s not a deal breaker.

I use this on EVERY cook on my griddle.Well made and even looks nice.Easy to clean.I sharpened the blade as I like to cut with it on griddle and not dirty a knife.Don't make the mistake of getting or using a regular paint scraper they ARE NOT the same. You need one like this one that is for food service.Price is quite reasonable.
