I used the nipple measuring tool that came with my mom cozy pumps to determine which size to buy. It was accurate and I haven’t had any problems with suction or leakage. They stay in place.

If you are not planning on moving around or having to adjust a lot these work. I thought these were the double seal flanges like the Mom Cozy S12 pro have but they are not. And there is a huge difference between these and the double seals. I lost so much milk with these popping off when I adjusted.

Does not fit the updated Momcozy S12 Pro. They leak from the top as the spout is too big and they are not double flanged. The company will not let you make a return on Amazon. You'll get stuck in an endless loop of "troubleshooting". Don't waste your money.
