I’ve been using the DMoose Fitness Neck Harness twice a week for neck training with about 20 pounds of weight, and overall, it’s a solid, well-made piece of equipment. The materials feel durable, the padding is comfortable, and the heavy-duty steel chain handles the weight with no issues. The Velcro straps are strong and hold everything firmly in place during workouts. That said, the fit isn’t ideal—it’s definitely not a one-size-fits-all. On me, the harness either sits awkwardly over my ears or behind them and cuts in uncomfortably. It also comes down past my eyebrows, sitting directly above my eyes, and unfortunately, there’s no way to adjust that section for a better fit. Pros: - Strong, sturdy construction - Velcro holds securely in place - Comfortable padding - Handles added weight well Cons: - Poor fit; not truly one-size-fits-all - Can sit awkwardly over or behind the ears - No adjustment for forehead/eye placement Overall: I’d still recommend the DMoose Neck Harness for its build quality and performance, but be prepared to make a few home adjustments for a more comfortable fit.

Works great and looks goofy. About the only way to get a good neck workout at home however my wife laughs at me every time I use it. Comfortable and chain is long enough that I use a carabiner to clip a dumbbell in it.

For $20.00 this thing rocks. I have a pinched nerve in my neck that gives me pain and weakness in my right forearm. I have poor neck posture. My neck pushed forward as I stood. I could sit down and move my neck and feel the pain get worse when I pushed my head forward. Nope not tendonitis, it’s a disc. Since I’ve cured my sciatica, now it’s time to cure my neck issue. I am not kidding at all, after one set of using this product my right forearm pain stopped. I now use it 3 times a day with light weight. It helps to decompress and strengthen the neck to keep it aligned. And maybe I’ll get a thicker neck out for it. Great product for $20.00. It fits me well and it is comfortable. I have no issues at all and it’s fun and easy to use. Granted I’m not throwing 45 pound plates on this thing. I am just so happy the pain has stopped.

I started using the harness a few times per week to strengthen my neck after a minor strain and I noticed my neck feels more stable and less sore over time. The padded strap sits comfortably on my head and chin so I’m not worrying about abrasion even when I do heavier sets. The chain and weight are sturdy and I feel resistance right where I need it. It makes me feel like I’m doing something good for posture and neck strength without risking discomfort which is hard to find in a neck exerciser.

I mean, you get exactly what you see and think you’re buying. But in reality it’s really awkward to use. The weight never feels evenly disrupted correctly for some reason so there’s always one side of your head that feels like it’s pulling more weight than the other side. The chains catch hair and pull it, which makes sense. The range of motion always feels really awkward and uncomfortable. I gave it 3 stars because it’s pretty much exactly what it looks like in the pictures and advertising, but it’s just a big pain to use in reality.

Had this for over a year now and it gets the job done, don’t expect to overload it too much but for what it’s worth, I’ve never had any issues with it holding weight especially up to 20kg or slightly more. Good bit of kit if you wanna get your foot in the door with neck training but don’t wanna break the bank either, mines held up well over the last year and I see it lasting quite a while still. Overall happy with this product, no complaints, 10/10. Functionality: Limited range of motion if you’re using bigger plates in a seated position (10kg-20kg), weight plate(s) will make contact with your chest on the way up so you might have to lean more forward for a seamless range of motion, otherwise works really well if stood up. Value for money: Good value for money
