Pretty good but annoying software
The actual headphones are really good. The quality of the sound and the mic are amazing and the included dial is a great addition although I seldomly use it. I've got really good feedback on the mic quality with some mates saying it is one of the best they've heard. The only issue with it is the software which is really annoying, buggy and unintuitive. It also contains ads which is disappointing to see after purchasing such an expensive product. I still recommend it but expect a few software issues especially when you first get them.

Trying to be something impressive
I don't know why you felt the need to add so much extra stuff to a headset, all you need to be is something comfortable and have decent sound quality coming in witha decent microphone. Had a nightmare setting up the microphone to work it just would not detect when i was talking and would instead play whatever i was listening to to all my friends in discord. It finally fixed itself i dont know how it did it but just randomly started working properly (could also randomly start not working properly at a random time) The software you are suggested to install is pointless wouldn't recommend it. Im, not trying to be a DJ changing the way every sound is coming through so wouldnt't bother installing it a lot of other people have problems with this software to causing the setting to change. And the "Gamedec"thing is an insult why do i need this massive stupid box on my desk now . The way the wires go in and out of it means you have to have it placed in a position where you can easily knock it off or unplug the wires. The screen is always on displaying volume bars every time sound is displayed so out the corner of my eye i have a screen permantly moving. Basically they have added so much extra garbage to a product tyring to be cool but all the stuff they added is absolute garbage

Sound quality is excellent, can use them all day but the fancy Sonar software doesn't work well.
I use this every day in a setup where I have two PCs and want to be able to switch the headphones between them. It works great and the sound quality is good both input and output. However there are two niggles which make it 4 stars instead of 5:1. I'd really like a mode where it mixed the sounds from both PCs rather than making you select one or the other. This would be super useful to have a YouTube video or Discord or Teams running on one PC screen while in a game on the other.2. The Sonar software is rubbish, nothing like as good as the hardware. You don't have to use it so it isn't a deal breaker but it is disappointing. I was expecting 3D sound effects so you could tell where enemies were from footsteps but that never worked for me and a few times I've had a situation where there was no sound when you used the Sonar driver but it was fine when you went to the Steel Series driver.Despite these problems and not getting all the features I expected to work in practice I'm glad I bought them. The sound quality is excellent, they are convenient when you have two PCs and because they are wired you can use them all day without running out of battery.

Survived a psychopath neighbours noise thanks to these
Could not recommend enough.I moved into my house in November21, everything was well. No issues. By February 22 my neighbour started blasting music at all hours of the day and night to a degree that it vibrated my walls. He would shout and scream and punch the walls yelling threats at me.Clearly something wasn't right... And as the winter months approached I needed a headset that would suppress the noise to allow me to live inside during the bad weather. This headset saved my mind.I turned them on, turned the volume to roughly 60%,and played my music. I heard nothing again during that time.Only thing I wish I'd bought the wireless to walk around my house with them. But they are so comfy, had them on all days and nights when I was in and he was in.Until the police kicked him out, I used these religiously to survive.Please. Do not hesitate. As for gaming... They're awesome. Got many w's due to filthy flicks hearing a footstepSpeaking of filthy flicks, how is your mum?

Great sounding headset with clear chat.
Great set of headphones, sound is great chat is clear. A definite improvement over the 3D Pulse headset (which was also great imo) I was previously using. Went for the wired as reading reviews they had the edge over the wireless. Only downside is the headphone lead is quite short at around 1.5m so I bought a 2m one (just need to make sure it's compatible with this headset).

not worth the money and not as good as 7.1 headsets
well this did NOT live up to the hype, too much bass and tinny sounds. NOT worth £160, not 7.1 surround sound and sounds worse than my corsair vengeance headset what I paid £55 3 YEARS AGO! the sonar app is hard to get your head around but once you know how its okay. loads of options and different ways to set it up. if you are used to 7.1 headsets then stay with it, this artificial spatial sound crap is just that, CRAP. also the comfort was ok but gets very sweaty very quickly and also the smaller that average ear cups made my ear soar after just 2 hours of wearing them.
