Great solution for blister prevention. I used these during a trek to Everest Base Camp and did not experience any blisters. The thin version works the best with the least amount of bulk in a boot.

I’ve tried everything to prevent blisters from boots worn during winter sports season. I’ve got really wide feet. By the time I find boots wide enough, they’re too big in the heel. Mole skin, 2 socks (one silk), duct tape, bandaids, all resulted in massive broken blisters within an hour. Then I found these. I’d give them a 10/10. I was able to cc ski 3 hours without an issue. I keep having blister on my heel and ankle while snowboarding. I started using the ankle booties and woo-la.. no more blister. I would make sure you order the right size cus it does have to be pretty snug around your ankle. My one complain would be that it absorb odor and it stinks pretty bad after 4-6 hours of wear. I wash them after every wear with vinegar and baking soda. So definitely be diligent about washing it

I ordered some new running shoes that were great except I got blisters on the back of my ankle. I didn’t want to return the shoes so I got these and now I have no issues. They stopped blisters and I could keep my shoes.
