It works
My almost 14 yr old Westie Sam love these and they work to keep his joints fluid and obviously painfree. The only drawback is they're hard to cut in half due to crumbling so instead I give him one every other day instead of the one half per day dose he needs.

Exactly as advertised
Our dog has no problem eating these daily. The exact same ingredients as the brand we initially bought from our Vet and less expensive.

Not as good as Dasiquin
The ingredients are the same but Dasiquin has other ingredients and they do make a difference. My lab/springer was born with bad hips and I used this product for a week or so and it is not as effective. Switched back to Dasiquin daily and use this product in addition when she has had more activity than normal.

Very hard to cut in half
I think this is a great value and cannot tell the difference between it and the well known name brand. However, breaking a tablet up is incredibly difficult. I don’t have arthritis or anything that keeps me from being able to break something like this in half, but these tablets are very difficult to do so. I can’t imagine somebody who has any kind of trouble with their hands being able to break these tablets up with out a lot of difficulty, or a knife. Otherwise, I think it’s a great value and my dogs seem to love them.

Just OK
These are cheaper than DasuQuin but the pills are larger and the bottle is larger. Took up too much room in my kitchen. Will not order again.

My dogs really don’t care for them..
Even my not picky at all vacuuming, scrounging for any morsel of food that could possibly be on the floor.. didn’t like it. One dog out of my three ate it okay.. but I think because he was getting what he thought was a “Treat”

An Excellent Quality Hip and Joint Complex
I have a four-year-old 80 pound pitbull mix who, even though he is pretty young, already has joint issues. He especially struggles with his back legs that he injured about a year ago. Even though the injury has healed he still suffers with residual leftover pain. I have found glucosamine to be immensely helpful in easing his pain. When you look at the ingredients this particular brand contains I am very impressed. These tablets are made with natural ingredients and are not filled with artificial fillers or other ingredients that are less desirable. For instance, the source of the glucosamine is from shrimp and crab, a natural and healthy source.I also like that they have included hyaluronic acid, which is believed to help support the function of the joints. I have to admit that I haven't done a lot of research on the MSM or Porcine but they also apparently help. I give my dog one tablet in the morning after he has eaten and then the other in the evening before he goes to bed. The instructions state that if you are giving your dog more than 1 each day to divide it up between the morning and night. This is probably to help with better absorbability and prolonged effectiveness. He likes the taste of these. Getting him to take these is no problem at all. He has come to know when it is time for me to give these to him because he goes over to the cabinet I store them in and waits patiently while wagging his tail and licking his lips. I think he approves.
