Really does a great job, great colour and coverage.It's very solvent smelling so take regular breaks with fresh air if you're around it for a prolonged period.If you buy this, this is essential! I was short on time (owing to two young kids), so I went over the patio with a jet wash lance once, without using a cleaning solution. There was lichen left, I thought it'd simply disappear under the Colour Seal and it did - until it rained. Then it came straight back through, ruining what I thought was a good job. CLEAN YOUR PATIO THOROUGHLY!I cannot fault this product, make sure you follow the instructions to the letter and you'll be very pleased with the results. Only annoyance is your have to bin the implements used to apply it, nothing cleans it off.

Pleased with the results ….it’s changed a worn out dull patio area to a pleasant area to sit and enjoy my garden!Preparation is definitely the key to success having jet washed the area and cleaned the slabs using equal parts vinegar/dish soap & water and a long handled scrubbing brush. I painted the sealant on using a roller however the second coat I applied with a brush and that in my opinion has worked better.Beware that the smell of the paint/sealant as it is intoxicating so if you have any respiratory problems I would definitely recommend you get someone to do it for you!Overall it’s a great product and easy to use.

Wife was pleased enough with it, so ordered two more. I had expected it to cover more area, but that may be down to the level of deterioration in the slabs they were applied. Good look overall. Pleased.

Really good coverage. Only bought the tester as I was unsure what the colour and quality would be like.I was extremely impressed. I did 2 coats on the outer patio edging and it is such good quality, easy to apply and non slip as it states.Will be purchasing more now I know it works.

Please dont listen to the coverage areas, both the tin and online states the coverage is Approximately 20-30 square meters per litre when applied with a roller or brush!! This is clearly not the case, not even close ! The 5 litre tin just about covers 4.5 square meters. Very expensive to get 3/4 of the patio painted and then need to order another tin, VERY DISSAPOINTED. The product itself looks good and will need a second coat and this is why I've gave 3 stars if the coverage was more accurate then 5 would of been given, its not like ive gave it a thick coat i tried to spread it about as much as possible but I'm really not happy, the picture shows how far the 5 litre tin goes ...

This patio paint is easy to apply and has a lovely finish we had horrible pink slabs which looked awfull but after 2 coats of the "dark grey" paint the garden is now transformed and has a professional look. I am delighted with this product.

I bought the tester pot and was very impressed. The sealer was thick and covered the test area well so I shelled out for the 5ltr tub. No way is this the same product. Fluid has been diluted and the coverage is rubbish. Thinking it may have settled I spent 10 minutes shaking the tin as I refused to believe that this is it as good as it gets.First picture shows tester.
