Good book

Lise Bourbeau is phenominal and has opened my eyes, changed and enhanced my life. i am forever grateful for being introduced to her works and will not stop reading anything she publishes.

Lise B doe a great job of writing so it is easy to read and delivered on time.

When I was intensely triggered, this book opened my eyes to why and where it came from. I started working with a therapist from their listen to your body school besides i chose extra therapeutic training such as meditation, etc. I'm so happy now, about two months later. This book was a great first tool for my healing. I highly recommend it.

This book is a MUST read!! I LOVE how the Author describes the EGO and how to make peace with it!! Everything she says makes SO much sense to me!! This book brought me PEACE of mind. Just in reading it I felt already better and more open and relaxed and I put already in action what she says and I'll keep trying and trying because I feel in my heart that that's the way to finally love authentically myself and others. Thank you SO much Lise Borbeau.

Don’t waste your money. This book is nothing but a bunch of bizarre ideas that have no roots in basic science or psychology or even spirituality . I am not sure why it’s a best seller tbh

If you’re looking for a quick but thorough understanding of childhood wounds this book is a great read. The author is clear and direct and though the chapters are short they are very effective. She has some elements of Louise Heys theories on emotional issues presenting physically which some may not like but overall my clients read and re- read the book and get something new every time as do I.

One of the best books I have read, which makes it very clear what our ego, our wounds and our masks do to us, and gives methods to heal our wounds, make our ego our ally, and tools to get rid of our masks. Simply brilliant
