Key Fob Keyless Entry Remote fits Toyota Avalon, Solara 2005 2006 2007 2008 (GQ43VT20T 4-Btn)

Works as intended. So much easier and less expensive than visiting the stealership.

Purchased this as replacement for lost Fobs to my father's 2006 Toyota Avalon. I tried a cheaper Fob that was supposed to work with the car, but could not get them to work. Ordered these Fobs that were similar to the posting showing programming for this car on YouTube. Did not work the first time, but I had seen a comment to ignore the locked doors and conduct the programming with unlocked door...SUCCESS! 1. Start with The key out of the ignition, Drivers door is open, All other doors and trunk should be closed and driver’s door is unlocked. All other doors are locked 2. Perform these steps within 5 seconds. A. Insert the key into the ignition (Do NOT Turn it) and Pull key out. B. Insert the key into the ignition (Do NOT Turn it) and Pull key out. 3. Perform these steps within 40 seconds. A. Close then open the driver’s door. B. Close then open the driver’s door. C. Insert the key into the ignition (Do NOT Turn it) and Pull key out. 4. Perform these steps within 40 seconds. A. Close then open the driver’s door. B. Close then open the driver’s door. C. Insert the key into ignition and leave it in the ignition. D. Close the driver’s door. E. Turn the ignition to ON (Do NOT Start or crank engine) then back to OFF. F. Remove the key from the ignition. 5. Within 3 seconds, The power door locks should lock then unlock automatically indicating successful entry into programming mode. Return to step 1 if the door locks do not cycle at this point. At this point the programming mode has been entered. I think that it stays in programming until the door is opened. 6. Perform these steps within 40 seconds. A. Press the lock and unlock buttons on the remote simultaneously for 1.5 seconds. B. Immediately after letting go of the lock and unlock buttons, Press the lock button by itself and hold for 2 seconds. Within 3 seconds, the door locks should lock and then unlock once indicating successful programming. If the door locks cycle twice, repeat steps A and B in step 6 as the remote was not accepted. C. Repeat steps A and B in step 6 for each new remote. 7. Open driver’s door. 8. Test the newly programmed remotes If the regular process does not work, TRY PROCESS WITH ALL CAR DOORS UNLOCKED

Delivery great and fob worked. Had to watch a YouTube video to figure out the setup. Instructions were provided but for some reason I could not figure it out.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Price Buttons functionality: At first I had a problem getting the buttons properly aligned with the case and it made the unlock button stick but after adjusting and trying again they work well so far Programming ability: Easy programming instructions Range: Range seems good Compatibility: Good Replacement value: So far has been working well, just as good as factory.

It works great was actually shocked. I was set for disappointment but was shocked when it worked.

At first I was intimidated but, for the price, I was willing to take a chance. It was easier than I thought and works as well as the original. So glad I didn't have go to the dealer.

I found instructions on YouTube on how to code for my vehicle. It took 8 attempts to get the code to work so persistence is needed. Seems to work fine.

Ordered for my sister. No instructions to program, however, it can be found on the internet. My sister now loves her car again. No longer have to open her vehicle by key.
