The Khaos Motorsports Active Exhaust Replacement/Simulators are built very well. In the description it mentions it works with aftermarket exhaust systems, unfortunately the back side of the Khaos Motorsports Active Exhaust Replacement/Simulators are to short to hold open my Magnaflow Xmod exhaust valves. I had to find another alternative to keep them open. I could not use the washers as recommended in the installation video as my factory exhaust valve actuators would not sit flush. It did eliminate my start up rattle/squeak and acceleration rattle/squeak caused by one of my factory exhaust valve actuators. So glad to have my rattle/squeak gone. Just wish once it was bolted in place it would have held my Magnaflow Xmod exhaust valves open as mentioned in the description.

the installation was very easy and very minimal mechanical skills are needed, just jack stands and some common sense and you're good. it takes a couple startes for the check engine light to go away while the car adjusts. my check engine light went away after 3 starts and drives. the car wasnt exceptionally louder but the removal of the valves some how got rid of the drone my car used to have at lower speeds (i have a midmuffler delete) cold starts are slightly louder and when doing pulls there is 100% more noise than before. but its not too much it now puts the car just before the (annoying classification) in my opinion. the car is loud when you want it to be but if u need quiet then just drive it right and it will be less loud.

USE THE PIN IN PHOTO ON SPINNER OTHERWISE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT WILL COME ON in 20min, DONT need to pull fuse 36/37 or whatever just get car ready. the KHAOS already has their things set to were the valves need to move so just take a finger and spin the valve to get the khaos to fit. The mini pin is what replaces the huge spring you take off, other wise check engine light will come on since it has to stop at resistance.

Good concept. Product is nice, but overpriced. Would be 4 stars except the hardware included is poor quality. For this price I expected better quality.

The product is quality built and super easy to install. I didn’t buy this kit to enhance my exhaust but rather eliminate the squeaking coming from the actuators. Only thing I would recommend is come better quality screws/ bolts to attach the actuators to the kit.
