Honestly I have not had a blood test in years but I eat no greens. That is what activates the liver so I bought this hoping it would take the place of my lack of veggies. It has a bit of an after-taste so my husband chose the pills. I eat the gummies. I have noticed no physical change what so ever.

Too early to tell. But I've seen great reviews. And I don't know if it is actually the active liver product but I do know that it seems like my hot flashes have quieted down about 75% while I have been taking it. I didn't take it for 4 days and my hot flashes was horrible. Started taking it again and still filling the great results of at least 75% of hot flashes
