Ive only sat on it for like 5 minutes so far, but I have grown up with Roho cushions, it is yet to be seen if it'll live up to my daily abuse as long as the last one did. Its definitely a thinner material. But so far its really comfortable!

Excellent quality, durable, includes manual air pump. Very effective at healing and preventing bed sores.

Purchased this cushion for a middle aged arthritic friend who sits in her wheelchair up to 17 hours per day. Have bought numerous other wheelchair cushions but all failed to give her comfort. Then I bought this ROHO MOSAIC Cushion, it was so comfortable but then after just over 1s weeks of usage it started to deflate and would not remain inflated. I contacted the seller and I was told that being it was of the 3 months return, they would not exchange it or reimburse the money for it. I was told to contact the manufacturer. After 1 month of trying to find a contact number, I still haven't been able to speak to anyone. It is a great cushion but getting a hold of customer service for problems about the cushion.....I would NOT advise purchasing this cushion....

I'm not sure how I ended up finding this but I was desperate for something that worked for long hours of gaming and this is amazing. I never had something that felt so great on a chair and I guess it makes sense since this is for people that have to be on their wheelchairs all day. It's pricey considering they have seat cushions 1/5 of the price but trust me this is a whole different experience as a gamer sitting down, all those others are just foam basically, this like shapes to your rear end like hydraulic shocks in little squares, definitely getting it again if it starts leaking air, it comes with a repair kit but is pretty thick plastic not sure how you would put a hole in it, and through the cover too that is also thick. Very happy with it.

Dad is 91, living in assisted living apartment and a bit sedentary.(understatement) The PA called to let me know he had 2 small but severe (?) compressions sores on his bottom. She recommended a ROHO cushion, which I had never heard of. I got online and started researching products, reviews and prices and chose this one, had it delivered in a few days. One of the nurses there set it up for him and he started using it that day.He also was provided medicated bandages in the mean time, but the sores were gone in less than a week' That was about a month ago and they have not come back. I can NOT say that it was the cushion but I'm positive it helped the healing AND prevented them from coming back.

I am very disappointed, the one star rating reflects the fact that I had high hopes for this air cushion. The gel and memory foam products I used in the past start off comfortable, but break down and become unusable with time.This "cushion" was uncomfortable from the moment I sat on it until i gave up, hours later, after trying it I just ate correctly based on the instructions in the manual.I finally gave up when the cushion almost caused me to fall to the floor . The cushion had uneven inflation and constant air flowing from one side to the other. When I reached toward the floor, it caused all the air to shift from the front to back, raising my behind about 4 inches. It pushed me up and forward almost out of the chair.Whether it's design, flaw or user error or I don't feel safe using it

It started off so great. Comfortable and perfect size for my wheelchair. But like so many, I wake up to find it almost completely deflated in my chair. Yes I was in it all day, but I'm 98lbs and it deflated when I was not in it. For the price, this shouldn't happen. I need something more reliable.

My wife was recently in the hospital and one of the physical therapist that came to her room, shared with me one day, that if I’d ever heard of the RoHo inflatable cushion and I said I had not, and we’ve had several different other kinds of cushions for my wife. He showed me a picture of it and so I went on Amazon and found it had a really good price for one and it is definitely worth every penny! You get a pump with it and my wife has used it in the automobile and in a lift chair that she said seeing all the time as well as in her wheelchair and she says it is one of the most comfortable ones she’s ever sat on. It appears that it’s going to be very durable and it is so nice to be able to inflate it to get more comfort out of it. It is definitely worth the price that it cost!
