This is a deep dark soy sauce with very very good flavor, will buy again when I need to.

I bought this soy sauce based on a TikTok video recommendation. It is good but is thinker that the type I would normally pick up in the grocery store. It also has a bit of a different flavor. It took some getting used to. I still like it but will probably return to my old standby when this bottle is finished. Also, you have to be very careful when putting the lid on. If you tighten too tight, the soy sauce will somehow leak down the side of the bottle and pool u dear the bottle making a mess. Very strange.

Helps with the flavor profile of Asian dishes.

This stuff is magical for creating rich, dark sauces and is the "missing" ingredient in most lackluster fried rice, beef & broccoli, sesame chicken, etc, etc.There's really nothing else that is a legitimate substitute. It is worth every penny and lasts a long time (I keep mine in the refrigerator).
