Honestly a great investment! Didn’t come pre charged but well worth the investment. Keeps my home gym the perfect temp. Remote eats batteries but simple to operate!

Do not buy this unit! I had mine professionally installed and it worked for a few months then fried the board.Replaced that, and it worked for 1 day then shut down again.I got a 2nd opinion from a different licensed installer who troubleshot it, and again said it was fried.There's a reason this is priced so low.Also, the head units that came with it have been discontinued as of December 2024.By the time we had it all figured out it was out of warranty and Daikin did nothing.But 2 single units instead ...

The media could not be loaded. It is an awesome ac/heat pump combo. It’s very easy to use. I got the unit that was a two zone. It comes with 2 remotes. When I turned the unit on, it was so quite I had to put my hand up to make sure it was on. Definitely worth getting when you don’t have any ductwork. Works 1000 times better then a window unit. This product warranty is through Goodman. Which is a great company. I had it professionally installed. Unless you are an HVAC tech call someone that knows what there doing. Trust me you will be happy!

It's not working. I need a full refund; your AC is not working. The two units, once we connect them to the compressor, one is blown off, which happened twice. I advise you to speak to your engineer at all, cold or heat, a piece of garbage. The two units are not compatible with the condensing unit.

I received quotes from HVAC that blew me away. Purchased these with fingers crossed. SIL got them installed and we had a HVAC contractor come out to charge and make sure the work was done properly. We are super happy with the product. Shipped quickly. FedEx did hold on to them for a week because they didn't have my phone number. So maybe the seller could fix that small problem and request a contract phone number for the shipper.

Diagnostic Report for Daikin Install, tested over five days and would not run correctly.Installed a 2 zone daikin mini—split system for my customer, one unit in the living room,the other in the office, both worked well at the beginning. However, the first day and night, the customer turned the AC off in the living room, only the office AC works, then he saw the blue light flashing and both units wouldn't turn on.So I came the next day, the pressure shows 220 PSI when units are turned off, that looks fine. Then I turned both units on, set them at 60F. After that I used my Fieldpiece-DR82 tool to test each connection and I also put soapy water on them, all good, No leaks.Let them run for 2 hours, all good. Pressure kept between 125-135 during units operation.Later, I turned off one of the units which is in the living room, went outside to check our pressure gauge, both Vapor line pressure got lower and lower, our office AC still worked, but I could hear the unit which is in the living room still evaporating, after 20 minutes the living room AC's coil got frozen, then we saw a orange light blinking on the living room AC.We waited 1 hour, disconnected the power and reset system, turned both units on again, set them at 60f, worked good again, the pressure kept 125-135 for both Vapor line. Looks fine. After 30 minutes, I turned Living room AC off and let the office AC work. The pressure got lower until we saw a frozen coil on the living room AC. Then I turned the living room back on, went outside to check the pressure, it worked well and kept 125-135PSI, the frozen coil melted.I think the TXV can't fully turn off because of this fault. We already turned it off but it is still evaporating by itself, but if you turned both units on it should be OK. These are brand new units and my customer wants to return so I didn't test TXV, or the main Control board

all items are sized for 15 feet besides the AC drain hose which was 6 feet, I am not sure why it is 6 feet while everything else was designed for 15 feet.Other than that all is well

1st. Only buy when you are ready to install. Not a month out.2nd. I bought 2 of these. I will wait to summer to review that one.3rd. Customer service not very helpful. Especially after a month. ( Amazon and manufacturer)I was sent to the seller who actually was the the original distributor who sent them to Amazon.Just buy from the shipper…..better warranty support.4th units were wired incorrectly. My technician spent 4 weekends working on it and talking to tech support about installation.5th I waited so long to get fixed.. I had to buy window units. For ac, then heaters for when it got cold.6th one of the mini splits still does not work. Don’t know what I will do. It will be more money for sure.
