Product size is good in both diameter and length for reaching all kinds of nooks and crannies. It also is threaded to fit common american handheld shower heads and switches out easily. The flow of the product is however strong your water pressure is, which can be a little too much for comfort and result in a higher colonic enema in short order.Reason for losing a star - water passages for the heads are pressed or punched through, and in the product I received had residual metal chads hanging on the inside. They were relatively easy to remove, but shouldn’t have been there in the first place. I am concerned that someone not paying attention upon receiving could end up with one of these breaking loose during use and causing a real problem. Suggest manufacturer improve their final quality inspections to include the interior of the tips

For the price this is a great combo system. The three optional nozzles will work for whatever you are trying to clean. My biggest issue is that it would have been nice to have a set of instructions or maybe a generic information guide on how to correctly do a colonic. I thought I knew, but nope. So make sure you do your research before flooding out. If you are ready this set will not let you down.

I had a rubber shower douche, which was hard to keep clean.This is very easy to clean.My only question is: Why the holes around the sides for anal cleansing?I mean, I get the opening at the very top, allowing the water to go straight up ... I just don't get what those side water shoots are supposed to do.

I've been using a sprayer nozzle for years , a short 4" straight plastic one.. FYI I'm a straight guy, but have loved working the pspot, the male gspot. for years. The curve on this nozzle can really work the p spot sponge. Be careful though the nozzle can possible have a rough holes at the tip. ( fyi all nozzles can be sharp at the spray holes)Enjoy

Works great but be prepared. This thing has some girth

Please purchase a "Shower Head Diverter Valve" with this. You will thank me later. I almost blew my intestines because I used it without the valve to slow the water down. You could really injure yourself if you dont use this with caution. Other than that, it gets the job done

Want to feel clean ? This does the job. Not going to lie , the process isn't for someone that can't handle... well you know.. but the end result :)
