I'mm a little up set that the box was damaged to the point the product was hanging out of it... Brand New item but was beat up pretty bad... Took me for ever just to put it together... Honestly, I doubt it will last but you never know. Facebook marketplace had one for $99.00 in way better condition... Should have cancelled my Amazon order and bought that one. Smh I won't do this again.

The machine itself is good. It is quiet and allows you to change the resistance.Only assembly instructions are attached. No instructions were given how to work the monitor.The monitor itself doesn't work. I tried to detach and reattach it, but it doesn't pick up any of the workout. I tried to contact the company. The only way to contact was through email. I was promised a replacement for the monitor twice, but none arrived.

This rowing machine is extremely good quality. The resistance is very good, and i love the smooth railing. It arrived on time and the quality is fantastic. This works far better than most of the rowing machines i have ever used in the gym. Body Xtreme Fitness always have high quality exercise machine. A+++++++

This rower works awesome! Very high quality exercise rower that actually has helped me burn alot of calories and losing weight. The Rower is heavy duty, and works great for all ages. Very impressed and satisifed with this Turbo 2000 - Thumbs Up :)

I bought this item, used it off and on until the covid lockdown at which point I used it 4 times a week. It held up under this frequency of use for about 9 months and then whatever causes the handle to retract broke down and now it's a useless piece of junk destined for the dumpster. It's inexpensive and you get what you pay for.
