This review is for the Brownie Crisp flavor. Most protein bars have a weird after taste or have artificial sugar, or are not actually that great for you. This is one of the lowest sugar bars I've seen (5g) and a surprisingly high protein amount (14g) and a good amount of fiber (7g). Compare this to the current gold standard, the Rx bar, which I like as well, which has 13g of sugar, 12g of protein, and 5g of fiber. It's also gluten free! This bar doesn't feel heavy, isn't sticky/doesn't get stuck in your teeth, and tastes great! It also doesn't have any artificial sweeteners. This bar tastes so good and is so good for you it feels like there has to be a catch, but I can't find one! I just hope the price doesn't go up once more people realize how amazing it is!

I'm extremely allergic to all nuts. I researched this bar & found no nuts in the ingredients, therefore I ordered 4 boxes of it. When the boxes arrived, I re-read the ingredients. It contains almonds. Therefore, I would love to return it, but I don't know how to return a food product.

Overall this is a very good protein bar relative to a lot of the others out there. There's a good amount of high-quality protein and fiber with low sugar and relatively low saturated fat. I found the taste of the chocolate brownie version to be pretty good if a little on the dry side, but given the overall quality and balance of nutrition in this bar I find it to be very acceptable. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is because they are a little pricey although not outrageous given the level of ingredients and nutrition on offer. I'd definitely recommend this to someone looking for a quick and relatively healthy snack, especially if you're looking to add some quality protein to your diet.

These are the most disgusting protein bars I have ever had! They taste like straight fish and not in a good way.

I started buying these during pregnancy because they have decent calorie density and ingredients, while being portable, easy to eat, and easy on my stomach. Turns out everyone in the house (husband, toddler, and dog) all like them too (no we didn't intentionally give to the dog). Has a sort of hot chocolate flavor. Not gross like some vegan protein sources. A little pricey for the nutrition it offers so we limit how many we b uy. Now it's a sort of emergency snack/meal replacement.

Packs a protein punch but the flavor is a miss. Very small, very dense, a chore to eat.

Amazed that so many gave this bar a high rating. One of the worst bars I've tried. I ate half of 1 bar and disposed of the rest. Make sure you have a bottle of water at stand-by as this is one of the dryest bars ever! Before you buy remember this is a non-returnable item. You buy it, you keep it. Or throw it out as I did.

These are ok. For some reason the regular chocolate versions are tough and brittle. I eat them, flavor is good. I like the white chocolate ones better.
