Not sturdy, bent after 2 months of use.
We’ve used this as a coat rack in our entry way. It looks nice and was easy to assemble. But after two months it is toppling over. The arm to hang items from on hangers is completely bent. We haven’t put heavy items in it — we have 3 coats and they are all lightweight (we live in the Southeast in mild weather). Waste of money.

A bit shaky but good overall
Build quality not outstanding, however just what I need for now.

The screw is screwed inside one of the rods
Very good quality very chic very sturdy very modern. I love it and I’m pleased with it. It holds a lot. I could hang about 2 to 3 jackets on each knob and it holds very well but I would like to mention when I first received it. I thought the screw was missing because I did not find it inside the little plastic bag that comes when the stickers . At first I was upset, but after looking for the fourth time to find a screw, finally I noticed that it was already screwed inside one of the rods. You just have to unscrew it and then screw it to the marble base. I wanted to mention this because nobody in the reviews never mentioned this they all just mentioned that the screw is missing, but I believe they think it’s missing because maybe nobody noticed that it is already screwed into one of the rods. Hope this helps .

pieces missing
I have been doing everything I can to make this rack sturdy only to just realize, months later, that the part J that levels the base were missing. I have no idea how to get in touch with the seller for these pieces. When you screw the center pole into the base it sticks out on the bottom and if you don't have those pieces it sits on the screw holding the pole to the base, which means it's never flat. I didn't want to have to go to the hardware store to try to find something to level the base because they forgot to include very necessary parts, but that's where I'm headed. Outside of that, great rack, but missing those pieces was a crucial part of this not being sturdy at all.

Elegant, easy to ut together
Loved the soft gold brush color. It's not at all gaudy. I was worried it'll be too shiny. Very easy to put together. Instructions were inside but there is no need. I didn't even bother with it. There are some imperfection around the joints where the dye is clumped together but you hardly notice it. The marble shoe placement is heavy and is made of stone. Looks like a real marble, weather it is or not, I can't tell.

Alternative for hanging Large Chimes
Costco had large wind chimes for sale, but I wanted a hanging stand first. The only listed options are almost all shepherd hooks, which bend and lean under weight. Somehow I stumbled onto this product and decided to give it a shot. Perfect choice to keep the chimes indoors in a breezeway. Not sure what I'll hang off the knobs, aside from a wrap to muffle the chimes as needed... Very simple to assemble, and I'm grateful for the review that cautioned against torquing down the screw at the base to prevent cracking the stone. I'm very pleased with this solution!
