This stuff is great! I have been taking this for two months now. I take it 30 minutes before I go to bed. When my head hits the pillow, I'm out within 5 minutes. When I wake up, I am well rested. I would recommend.

After having kids my sleep has just gone out the window. Hard for me to go to sleep and stay asleep. I also deal with psoriasis and not getting enough sleep flares me up. I've going through it 😅. I thought I'd give this a try. Decent reviews, GREAT ingredients. Overall it will make me sleepy. It starts to kick in about 30 mins to an hour for me, but will not keep me asleep. I'm up all night like clockwork every two hours. I've thought about taking more than the dosage recommended but I'm not sure if that would be safe. Overall it does the job to get me to sleep. Just not staying asleep.

This is a good natural sleep aid. My only improvement would be a longer time release.

I ordered this sleep aid at the end of September to replace the “Pure Zzzs Liquid Melatonin” (there was a recall). I specifically ordered this product because of the reviews and the price. I have terrible insomnia and this product definitely worked! I was waking up feeling like I got a good nights rest, no “hangover”. Then it stopped working about 3 nights ago… The past 3 nights that I’ve taken this sleep aid, I was EXTREMELY anxious. And last night had a full blown panic attack while trying to fall asleep. I immediately opened my Amazon app and started to read other reviews and sure enough, other people have experienced the same issue… it worked, and now they’re experiencing bad anxiety AFTER taking this sleep aid for a bit. I will NOT be using this product ever again! I’m not sure if it’s a tolerance issue or it just stopped working…? I did eventually fall asleep last night (after about 4 hours of in and out anxiety bursts). This morning I still feel so anxious. DO NOT BUY!!

There is ALOT in these capsules, and one would be wise to look at each ingredient and also how much of each ingredient is in each capsule. The directions say to take 2, but I just took one to be on the safe side. After several nights I began to get terrible headaches and stomach aches; so I am stopping it and will look for a lower dose of melatonin if I decide to use it at all. It did help me sleep, but the dreams, thoughts, and nightmares were horrendous. I did not feel well rested the next day because of the intense dreams. Melatonin is being consumed at much too high of doses; I am concerned there will soon be fall out from this. Don’t get so desperate to sleep that you ignore the facts. I am prone to migraines, but these pills gave me headaches that no migraine med would touch. I was in bed for 2 days suffering

There is only one reason why I gave this such a low rating. Each time I take it I feel as though I am stepping into the gates of hell every time I fall asleep. I have the most disturbing, graphic and vivid dreams I have ever had. It takes me 20 minutes to realize that I am in my room and I'm no longer in the dream. Yes I'm trying to add some humor to this but I am being honest that I had to stop taking this stuff. I can tell it works very well because it has everything that one would need to fall asleep and stay asleep. It's a good product but the type of melatonin used is not something I've ever encountered before. Also I have been taking a mild antidepressant my entire life and I think that 5-HTP combined with melatonin and an antidepressant can cause issues. Anytime I've taken a product with 5-HTP in it being on the antidepressant, I have run into problems. I did not know when I purchased the product that 5HT was a component or I would not have bought it. I think it's going to work for 90% of the people that buy it but just be warned that it's a very powerful melatonin and you may or may not have adverse reactions because 5-HTP is included. I hope Amazon will allow this review as it's not necessarily praising the product but it is an honest review

Did not help me sleep unfortunately had very high hopes given some reviews. It did however improve my cardio and clenching strength in an often overlook region of the body. I took two pills as directed an hour before bed about five days ago. Day after was insane. Still don't feel right...keeping within shuffling distance of a commode at all times. Calming effects: Def not noted Cardio: Noted increase, my 40yd sprint time has dropped dramatically. Muscle strength: Could probably clench a walnut and walk a hundred yards. Suggestions: Rebrand this stuff, still tired but I'm down a couple lbs.

These pills have been working as advertise they help me get to sleep. I kinda wished they would work a bit faster I started taking them 2 hours before my desired sleep time as I struggle to get my mind to slow down and rest. but the sleep with these pills is much better than with other products I wake up much more refreshed and energized. will continue to purchase. Id like to add they have a slight after taste but nothing to harsh .

It helps to calm me down and relax for whole night sleep. I greatly recommended.
