So far I am in love with this item. I have only had it two days and have just gotten it all set up with all my stuff and I bought it because the one I had has gotten so old it no longer was supported for updates and the screen flickered so bad you couldn't use the mouse pad so I finally bit the bullet and got this one and I am so glad I did. I am completely happy with this purchase. :-) It was exactly as described and is light weight and the touch screen is perfect and I love the numbers on the side like a real keyboard as I work in an office all day and am so used to them that way. would highly recommend it

Purchased this for my mother. It’s perfect for her needs, especially with most everything being web based now. Touchscreen is a nice added feature to this device as well.

Just what I was looking for!

It does everything that it's supposed to do, the only issue I've had so far after about 3 days is that when using pandora, the speaker flickered a little. However, it fixed itself, so its ok. It's lovely for a cheaper than normal laptop and you can't even tell it was previously owned.

I love it this is my second one and I just love it it takes car3 of my needs. I just do a Lil picture editing and maybe create videos. And watch Netflix and Hulu so simple easy peazy
