Pathetic product
The item is pathetic, don't ever buy it , for the first time I put the food and the timer is not working, even the food is heating only , I put my chicken for grilling but it's only warming up the food , it's not even cooking it properly, suck a waste of money , I will never buy this , and will advise other to not but it as well

A good OTG - with a buy it and forget it feature (from Borosil)
This is based of a few days of using the OTG regularly - it is perfect in what it delivers against what was promised - five stars for that . Easy to use , perfectly sized , the light inside illuminates the food being cooked clearly and the output is pretty good . Where I would suggest caution is the engagement with the parent company. Borosil isn't helpful. Their website for registration was down and the response i got from their representatives (over the phone and via email) was to go back to the website and register (which was ironical given that is what i was informing them doesn't work). One star for this experience (and the site still isnt working) ... So if this was the experience i dread what it would be like if we do need their intervention . My recommendation would be to buy this product - its worth it .

Looks Good, But Disappointed with Performance
At first glance, this OTG looks great — sleek design and good features on paper. But in actual use, it’s been a letdown. It heats up very slowly and doesn’t cook food evenly. Most of the time, my food ends up getting burnt even when I follow proper settings. The timer knob is also faulty — it gets stuck at 30 minutes, and I have to manually roll it back to 20 or lower, which is super inconvenient. Because of all this, I’ve stopped using it completely for months now. Honestly, I expected better performance from Borosil. Not satisfied with this one.
