Beware the 10 ft cord is grey, not black. Other than that the cord is great. I previously purchased the 6.6 ft black cord & was pleased. No where does the seller explain the color of this cord so you're left to guess.

This is the 3rd item of Maxonar's I've bought and I am very happy. Day 1, so who knows what might happen but I've been using their active 2.1 HDMI cable for almost 2 years now and it's still working perfectly. Their products are a bit more on the expensive side but very much worth it. A lot of Displayport 1.4 cables are a tad bulky on the connector ends, whilst this is small and perfect for cramped space on the back of a monitor for connections. I've connected this to my Radeon 6900 XT and it's outputting at 3440x1440@120 Hz with ease. Gaming is totally fine.

This is a very good cable so I can't knock for not being able to do the very specific thing I needed it to do and I'm sure it does what it advertised but i can't get 175hz with my oled g8 so if that is your purpose for looking at this cable find a different option.

Ich wollte einen älteren 4K DCI Format Screen (LG31MU97-B) an meinen neuen Macbook Pro M1 MAX anschließen.Bei der Durchsicht der Amazon Rezensionen verschiendenster Kabel war ich sehr verunsichert, ob das überhaupt stabil funktionieren kann.Hinzu kommt: Der LG ist etwas "eigenwillig". Er wurde 2014 extra von LG mit einem 1.5 m "Spezial" Mini-Displayport auf Displayport Kabel ausgeliefert. Damals war 4k DCI 10BIT 60Hz noch brandneu und fast alle Aftermarket Kabel machten massive Probleme.Die gute Nachricht: Es klappt!Das Kabel liefert ein einwandfeies stabiles Signal und es läuft sowohl direkt am Mac als auch über meinen Anker 5 in 1 Thunderbold 4 Hub.Es war lediglich auf MacOS Seite etwas kompliziert:4k Consumer lief direkt (3840 x 2160).DCI (4096 x 2160 ließ sich nur mit einem Trick aktivieren.Ich musste die Testversion des Tools SwitchResX installieren.Dann das Monitorprofil anpassen und die Desktop-Auflösung des Mac auf die DCI Auflösung konfigurieren.Nachdem das alles lief, habe ich die SwitchResX deinstalliert.SwitchResX legt das erstellte Profil im Mac System ab. Dort bleibt es aber auch nach Deinstallation des Tools erhalten.Noch ein TIP:MacOS kann wohl direkt auf die Kalibierung zugreifen wenn der USB Port des LG 31MU97-B an den Mac angeschlossen ist. Wer top Farben will, sollte das nutzen.
