Great value for money
This is great, it’s not too heavy on your wrists which is great. It provides you with your heart rate, steps ect, which is great for the price! It is east to connect on your mobile device and is accurate

Almost perfect
Pros: Lovely and small (perfect for my tiny wrists) Tells the time! Keeps track of steps (the only feature I use) The app is easy to use Easy to charge The battery lasts at least a week (longer if you don't wear it all day) Comfy to wear Cons: SOOO difficult to take the strap off to charge it. I actually can't do it and have to ask my husband to do it for me. It really feels like the strap is going to break! You can't read it outside on a sunny day

Totally unreliable to monitor daily activity
I’m really disappointed with the Runlio Fitness Tracker. I bought it to monitor my daily activity and sleep, but it’s totally unreliable. At one point I was sitting still and hadn’t moved at all, yet it somehow registered 165 steps. If it can’t even accurately detect when I’m not moving, how can I trust any of the data it records? The whole purpose of a fitness tracker is accuracy, and this device completely fails at that. The step counter is clearly flawed, which makes the calorie tracking and activity monitoring pointless as well. Honestly feels like a waste of money — I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone looking for a dependable fitness tracker.

Good quality for price
Good for its price yet returned as it doesn’t have a heart rate monitor which is my own fault for not looking but would make sense to have one

Not good if you have limited mobility
In my 70s, having had a stroke, with slow movement and balance issues, physio recommended getting a pedometer to track my movements and with the aim of increasing movement. Having great difficulty finding something that will count my slow steps accurately. This pedometer started well with a few 10s of errors in a day, checked by counting myself as I go to compare. Seeing the count go up certainly did encourage me to do more, therefore the physio's latter aim was achieved, albeit modestly. However, eventually connected to the app to set the time, for what use is watch that does not show the time! Things went downhill from there. It vastly overcounted, e.g adding 1700 while seated in the car. (Today's poor road conditions do not help!) Even after removing the app the device did not return to its previous reasonable accuracy. Aside from inaccuracies, the item I received had a poor strap that made it extremely difficult to remove from my wrist. All in all a very poor experience. Aside from the problems, the watch itself was sleek, comfortable to wear and easy to use. However, in case others with limited mobility are looking for a pedometer, this may not be for you either. If I find something that does work I'll try to remember to come back here and tell you.
