Highly recommend! This product is amazing for what it promises- deliver a small dose of caffeine quickly by dissolving in your mouth.Contrary to the advertising I actually use this as my main source of caffeine rather than as tool to moderate stronger sources. I personally do not need much caffeine and purposefully keep my daily intake low in order to maximise the effects of caffeine when I need it most. I also end up avoiding major symptoms of withdraw this way if I skip a day. It gives me a "caffeine when I need it" type of lifestyle which I enjoy.So, these tablets are now a permanent part of my routine- replaced my usual low caffeine intake- tea with creamer (So saving some calories and teeth staining now). I use them if I need a pick me up at work, when I'm driving, or during a workout- to keep me alert and motivated. The pineapple flavor is tasty and stimulating as well.

My primary goal for these tablets were to help me quit caffeine. They do that very effectively. On mornings where I woke up with a caffeine withdrawal headache, a couple of these and pain meds would take care of it quickly. The low dose allowed me to be really consciences of gradually tapering my caffeine. Though I've been able to taper a lot faster than I expected with minimal withdrawal symptoms. I cut my caffeine from over 300 mg daily to 150 mg or less in a matter of days. If your caffeine intake was higher and you don't want to pop a whole handful of these, start with a NoDoz (200 mg per tablet) and supplement with these.

I love that these pills are such a low dose! Allows you to really control how much caffeine you are taking in. For example, if it is the afternoon, if you only need a little boost and don't want too much (otherwise you might not sleep that night), then these pills are perfect. Also great just to keep one's daily caffeine intake under control. Also perfect if you're like me and you tend to get a caffeinated drink with extra calories (latte with barista edition oat milk, etc.) when you really just need the caffeine!

I bought these as a replacement for other sources of caffeine in the morning, but after a while, I started noticing eye twitches even with lower doses. When I discontinued use, the eye twitches stopped. I do not have eye twitches with other caffeinated products.

I was not expecting much, if anything, other than possibly a sweet taste on my tongue as it dissolved. Boy, was I mistaken! I am now alert, energized, and ready to tackle tasks I have been procrastinating on for weeks. Not only that, the pineapple-mango taste of these little tablets is absolutely delicious. I never in my life would have believed that this one little tablet could do so much. The quick change in alertness was not a jolting buzz of added energy. Instead, it was more like a gentle erasure of the fatigue. I couldn't pinpoint an exact moment when the switchover even occurred--I just realized that I not only wasn't tired any more, I actually felt perkier. I did a mental inward search, and found no trace of fatigue or sleepiness anywhere. I can drink a cup of coffee or a can of caffeinated soda right before bedtime and still fall asleep instantly, and after decades of drinking lots of caffeine it doesn't seem to impact my energy level one way or another. That's another reason why I am totally blown away by what a strong impact this one little tablet, with only 3 calories and only 21 mg of caffeine, has done to my energy level. A serving size is 1 tablet, and this bag contains 85 tablets. The directions say I can safely take up to 19 servings daily, although at this point I can't even imagine taking that many. One of these to jump start my day should be more than enough. If I continue to get this kind of result as I work my way through the bag, I have a niece who works night shift and a friend who drives a semi long distance who would each greatly benefit from a package of these. At $25 for 85 servings, I consider these a good value. For someone who needs to be alert for safety reasons, like my friend the truck driver, these could even be lifesaving, especially since they work so quickly.
