Will this work with a verizon sim card?

Its wifi only. Theres no sim slot on this version

Is this tablet refurbished by a samsung technician? does it come with a full warranty? if it doesnt work, do i have to pay a restocking fee?

I believe it could be refurbished by anybody. You can check on the Amazon refurbished warranty (which I think is 90 days). The Galaxy Tab S4 I bought works perfectly, and had a like-new battery - which isn't guaranteed with refurbs.

Mine included the tablet, S-pen, and a charging cable w/ wall charger.

Received locked t-mobile model, how do i get the unlock code?

A little late, but you don't. Even the people who bought theirs from T-Mobile reported getting a code that doesn't work, and that T-Mobile would check with Samsung to no avail. Sorry for the bad news.
