Im really glad I found these
They are fine size wise for adults not so sure about kiddos. The grip on these dont go to the tips so I can see how it would be difficult for baby teeth. Otherwise I got mine out within 20 minutes of them being delivered. I had to work up the nerve. Feels so much better now!! You do however have to "wiggle" side to side to help loosen tooth. These are well made and get the job done! The only thing I noticed is you have to be careful when you are gripping the tooth not to pinch your mouth ~ lip in the hinges while clamping the tooth. before you pull down. I used a finger to block that from happening. Hella worth the cost too!!!!!

Great for pulling baby teeth
When multiple attempts to pull my son's front baby tooth with dental floss were unsuccessful, I thought I might have to take him to the dentist. He would not even consider letting me use anything other that dental floss until I found these on Amazon. I showed him the pictures and he agreed (woo hoo). So, we went into the bathroom, I dried off the tooth with a towel so I could get a better grip. He held up his upper lip, I used the tool to grab the loose tooth - wiggle wiggle and pull. The tooth came out so so so so so easy. Did I mention how easy the tooth came out?? Wish I had purchased this dental tool sooner. It will definitely be my go-to for the next dozen or so baby teeth that will need to come out in the years to come.I really like the weight of the tool. The textured handle makes it easy to hold. It feels sturdy and solid in my hand. Would recommend and would buy again (hopefully I won't have to buy one for me, but maybe for a friend with a child that'll be losing teeth soon 😉).

it worked, but doesn't grab as well as I thought
My brother in law is a dentist and this tool is very similar to his. he took a look and even said it was a good tool and asked me how much. to his surprise, he said it was a good tool for the money compared to what he pays for his dental instruments. but I found that it slipped when I tried to extract my son's tooth a few times. in the end it did grab and worked, but I think it needs more refinement. you can see at the tip of the tool, it's not serrated to grab as much as the back. I think because of the smoothness of the top most portion it didn't allow me to grab my son's baby teeth as well.

IM SO HAPPY!!!
I had a wisdom tooth removed 2+ years ago and this one piece was left behind - perhaps a spicule. Well, I got tired of it. I'm sort of stubborn with going to the dentist and suffering, so I'd rather suffer on my own so I purchased these.'PRO' TIP! - I initially was using way too much force by squeezing too hard. This caused me to break the part I was grabbing. My key moment (happened a few moments ago) was squeezing lightly - and as Gordon Ramsay would say - let the knife do the work. Well, let these extracting forceps do the work. They grip the tooth really well, a light squeeze and it holds on tight!.So, I did this, twisted back and forth a few times and began to gently pull, progressively harder and harder (NOT TOO HARD!) more of a persistent pull than a yank. And WOW, it finally came free! I was so happy!Don't worry about the 'frequently returned' label, it actually made me nearly not purchase these. BUT IM SO HAPPY I DID NOW! WOW! This was bugging me for years!!!Also, I used a makeup mirror with an my phone setup with the flash shining into my mouth. This allows you to sit in a chair at a desk to be comfy while you operate haha. Before, I was leaning over my vanity which really sucks.Go get those teeth out guys and gals!

Works for kids' loose teeth
Used to help 6 year old's loose molar tooth come out. It was causing pain but not able to grip it to pull. A few gentle wiggles and a tug it was out and ready for the rooth fairy.Definitely better than other methods to help along loose teeth. Mo damage to gum and tooth doesn't go flying or get swallowed.I did try to put a spacer to prevent bitting down, but it wasn't needed. Probably for molars further back, will need.

Very very well made
This tool is strong, has some weight to it and seems to be very well made. I purchased it to remove a loose tooth; but it work. I guess the tooth wasn't as loose as I thought.

Worked great!
I have a tooth that sort of crumbled. Leaving a jagged edge that was cutting into my tongue. I can’t get into the dentist for several weeks. So I ordered this. And it arrived today. It’s actually larger than I thought it would be. But it easily removed just that jagged edge. For the first time in over a week I can talk, eat, and drink without my tongue cutting into the jagged tooth edge. I almost cried tears of joy.

clearly says "dental instrument(S)"; clearly shows 3 sets of tools
disappointed; very misleading advertisement >>good quality stainless steel, but no value as this is a single unit & not a set. price is fair for single item; however, Not what advertised; would never have purchased as a single unit
