Easy install. Fits just like the original
Fits exactly like the original and eay to install. Take the door off the washer first. Only issue is have to push the door in while it latches or it won't catch all the way when starting the wash. Not sure if the rubber seal needs adjustment or maybe needs a shim, but not a big deal. Good price. Way cheaper than having a repair guy come out to the house and can keep that old washer running.

Good product
Good product. But my issue once I took it apart was the outer door shell that hinge went into was cracked. Got some plastic epoxy and glued it to hinge.

I'm old but still installed this hinge with good results
After watching on YouTube how to install this part I tried to purchase via the part number on Appliance online stores which everyone was out of stock. The manufacturer was not making the part anymore. Googled the part number and found it on Amazon for the best lowest price. It also includes the plastic part that locks the door shut. The YouTube videos showed me exactly how to install this new washing machine hinge. Very happy that I was able to accomplish this myself as a 77 year old man. The work goes much quicker if you have a battery powered drill that you can set the torque down so you don't hurt any of the plastic, by over tightening.

Replacement handle
We purchased this to replace on my mother's Frigidaire front-load washer. The unit is about 10 years old and over time became a little loose. Eventually the door fell off. We called a local applicant repair company and the technician informed her that the unit was too old for him to replace with OEM parts. My husband located the model unit here and just installed it himself. The door wound up needing to have the entire ring replaced; only the hinge. This was a huge relief to my mother, who was worried that she would have to just replace the unit because of the broken door. I'm so glad that my husband checked Amazon and found this Frigidaire part and was easily able to install it himself.
