My fiancé is a bodybuilder and this is his go to her protein powder. He prefers the chocolate flavor but does like the vanilla if there isn’t any chocolate available.

Does it have protein? Does it help gain? Yes But, man...that taste. We use Body Fortress for BCAA, HMB and post-work protein shakes, always went well (also use Bulk Supp.com - they are really good too). On their other products we use, we switched from milk to water with no loss of flavor (and no dairy!) But this stuff by Body Fortress is tough to swallow. It is true that it d/n mix as well as other formualtions. Always having to swig down those powder lumps that didn't mix. But the taste. Reminds of when you first open a new bucket of latex paint. Man, it is tough to drink. We hold our breath while drinking to minimize the taste. Switching back to their other products as soon as this one is gone

I can't really speak about the ingredient quality of this product. I don't know whether it's got the advertised protein in it, etc. I'm not a chemist. It does contain 3 g of creatine per serving. I normally have 5 g of creatine, so this added 3 g must be taken into considerations. I've had to adjust my schedule to cut down on the plain creatine. Not a problem, just something to be aware of. It mixes well with liquid, and you can drink it at your leisure. I dislike the flavor. That's probably a personal thing, and not a defect in the product. Still... As for value for money - if it's as advertised, then it's fine. I'll probably buy this again. The flavor isn't a huge problem, and I feel I need some added protein in my diet. I'd recommend it to someone who wanted extra protein.

My 140lb teen athlete added 20 lbs after the fifth month of using this. Still lean just bigger 100% recommend this product. Works as stated worth the investment. I was worried about it being a waste of good money but I’ve been proven wrong
