So happy I made the right choice!!!
I was actually thinking if this will fit in my ear. Because I got the beoplay EQ and now is a waste to me as they don't fit in my ear. With this new EX, I'm done with earbuds because this is the best so far. I can't explain the sound quality. The sound makes me feel I'm inside the studio mixing with the artist lol. Is just the best so far.

Sound over everything else
Right. Long time owner of all the major ear buds.I have owned:All apple ear buds (still have 3rd gen and live them for convenience)Bowers and Wilkins PSiAll SennheisersNow - a few things you need to know - I’ve received the new B and O ex today. The noise cancelling is non existent when compared to Sennys but the sound on these is like nothing I’ve ever heard from any other ear Bud. I’ve spent all day trying to decide whether to keep them or not (mainly because the noise cancelling is so bad for a £349 set of buds) but the sound means I’m keeping them. The sound is incredible.

Nice product, sound quality but a nightmare to make it work
This is my 3rd set of Ex headsets from this brand. My experience? I keep having issues connecting the product to Bluetooth. (unlike other products). I have called customer services. The first time, I was on the phone for nearly two hours! They tried to help, and they resolved the issue partially. They wanted me to contact their technical department, who could help me further. But I didn't have time for another 2-hour call. So I gave up since the product worked somehow. Now, the problem has returned. So, I have purchased another set, hoping I will be lucky this time. I was wrong! The same problem, but nobody from the customer department was available this time! I was the first one in the queue, waiting for 10 minutes, and the call died. I called the second time, and it was the same experience. It's a big shame. It's a really nice product with high-quality sound, to make it work - it is a nightmare...

Noise cancelling non existent
Great sound quality but l returned mine because for £349 it’s reasonable to expect decent noise cancelling - I couldn’t tell whether it was on or off. Disappointing.
