Works great this is my 2nd purchase

This filter is a faulty design and cannot possible work on a large diesel engine, in fact it has a smaller filter area than a Toyota Corolla at only about 30 sq. inches. The oem filter this after market unit attempts to replace has a filter that tapers from about 7 inches circumference at the bottom up to about 9 inches at the top and it has over 700 sq inches of filter area. The taper of the filter allows the entire area of the filter to be used. This model of filter is used on diesel engines from 8.3 liters up to 11 liters and over 400 hp. This useless aftermarket filter would restrict the engine air intake and greatly reduce performance and cause the engine to run hot. The seller has been selling this unit to unsuspecting buyers for a while and the buyers have had to encountered problems with their motor. These big canister filters are not easy remove and install, further compounding the problem. I had to take the bed of my motorhome out to get at it, a good 45 minute job, only to open the box and find the filter unusable due to the fatal design flaw., a flaw that any mechanically minded person could spot immediately. You can easily see from the photos that it will not work like the oem unit. The clean filter is the defective aftermarket unit, and the dirty one is the oem unit. You can see the taper of the oem filter to allow air to pass through the entire filter element. If you buy one of these you will have reduced power, especially at freeway speeds and on hills, and your motor will run hot. There may be enough suction when it gets dirty, which will be in as little as a thousand miles, that the engine could suck a hole in the filter and this would damage the turbocharger and your motor. You might just get stuck on the side of the road . This is such a seriously defective filter it needs to be pulled from the Amazon listing right away, and anyone that has bought one needs to be warned of the consequences of continued use.

Great filter for the price, good quality and a perfect fit!!

Not a perfect match for my 2011 ISC 8.3 but we managed to get it to work. The connections are smooth so it makes it hard to make sure the bands will hold well enough when connecting them.

THIS AIR CLEANER IS VERY GOOD. THIS IS MY SECOND ONE. I KINDA PICKY WITH FEEDING MY MH MOTOR . THIS ONE DOES A VERY GOOD JOB, I CUT IT OPEN TO SEE THE INSIDE CONDITION. NOTHING GOT THROUGH THAT WOULD BOTHER MY ENGINE AND SINCE THE CLEANER IS IN A REAR MOUNTED ENGINE THE DUST EXPOSURE IT VERY HIGH WHEN YOU TRAVEL OFF PAVED ROAD. THE PRICE IS REASONABLE.

Junk, does not use the whole filter element. Not near enough air flow for a diesel engine

I ordered this filter for my diesel motorhome. There was a fitment issue for my engine setup. I contacted the seller about the issue and they agreed to refund my purchase even thou I was a couple of days past the return window. I would recommend this seller.
