I've noticed an increase in size and grip strength. You can get substantial time under tension with the sidewinder. I also like to perform and set to failure before performing cable hammers, brutal. Hands down my favorite forearm isolation device.

Do I have to turn the gauge counterclockwise after use? Or I could always keep the gauge in the same position.

Turn it back counterclockwise, when not in use. Keep it alive and well.
