Thorne Research - 3-K Complete - Vitamins K1 and K2 for Heart and Bone Support - 60 Capsules

The supplements I received were fresh (I bought them in Oct. 2017 and they expire in September 2018). They were in great condition (the bottle was well sealed and the capsules were not stuck together). I take 1 per day.I picked this particular supplement because I trust this company and I wanted both kinds of vitamin k2 (mk-4 and mk-7).

I trust Thorne products because my doctor (who I also trust) recommends them. This product is no exception. It was one of the only K vitamins that I could find in the mg that I wanted. It's worth the extra price to know you're getting what the label says.

I don't know yet if this will have an impact on my bloodwork but the product hasn't had any negative side effects of any kind. There really isn't much to say. Consult a doctor or nutritionist about your needs for this vitamin. A review on Amazon isn't sufficient medical advice.
