Quick fix

Depending on the car you may need a loclsmith to program it
Had to pay $150 for a locksmith to cut and program the fob. Works fine now. The Acura dealer wanted over $600 for a replacement key fob. The Acura key would have had the memory setting. The original keys had a number 1 and 2 on them. The 1 key if you hold the unlock button down for a few seconds it will adjust your drivers set and mirrors to the 1 button on the driver's door. This new key does not do that. It locks, unlocks. pops the trunk and panic button all work.

Works well, but battery life sucks.
Works like original, paid another ~$125 to cut and program.Battery died 1.5 years later. My broken OEM key fab is 14 years old and still works. I don't know how easy battery install will be, but the last time I took this apart it was not easy to reassemble.Maybe a key from a reputable lock smith would be better.
