Dropped it one time and it was done
Great product until I accidentally dropped it on the floor. Now it doesn't work. Suffice to say it is not shock proof and will hurt your feelings if you have a high number of prayer counts, look down, and see that it hasn't been counting the entire time. Went and ordered one that straps to my finger.
